I paid and my ticket didn't arrive?Don't pay again. Tap “Check payment status” and look in your email: either your ticket arrives, or the full amount comes back. If 30 minutes pass with no ticket, write to us from the help center.
Where is my ticket?In your email and on the confirmation page, and in “My tickets and bookings” when you sign in with the email you bought with.
How do I contact the event organizer?Open your order and tap the organizer's picture or name. Their page has a WhatsApp or call button, if they added one.
How do I get a refund for my ticket?Open your order and tap “Request a refund” if it's available. When the organizer approves, everything you paid comes back.
