Finance and payouts
For organizers
How your Finance balance works, when your money becomes available, and how payouts are reviewed and paid.
Your Finance balance
Finance (never "Wallet") is where your ticket revenue shows up: what buyers paid, minus any refunds, minus Makan's commission, is your net earned. It only grows from confirmed ticket sales — there is no way to top it up or move money into it from anywhere else.
Money from an event becomes available a few days after the event ends, not the moment a ticket sells — this protects you and your buyers in case a refund or a last-minute cancellation is needed.
Requesting a payout
Payout requests are reviewed by our team — never automatic and never instant. Accepted requests are paid out in a weekly batch, and your payout history shows the bank or ZainCash transfer reference and date once it's sent.
Payouts go only to an account in your organization's verified legal name — the same name approved during verification.
Minimum payout: 500,000 IQD to a bank account, or 50,000 IQD to FIB or ZainCash. Below the minimum, your balance simply carries over to your next request.
New organizers keep a small reserve
On your first two paid events, 10% of that revenue is held for 30 days after each event, in case of late refunds or disputes — after that it's released like the rest of your funds.
