At the door: how QR scanning works

    For buyers

What to bring, and what each scan result means.

    What to bring

Every ticket has one QR code. Bring it as a wallet pass, in the Makan app, as the PDF, or straight from your confirmation email — any of these work at the door.

Staff scan the code once to check you in; there is no separate "manual" step needed if the code scans cleanly.

    One scan per ticket

A ticket can only be checked in once. If it is scanned again afterward, staff see "already checked in" along with when it was first scanned — so arrive with your own ticket to avoid a mix-up.
