If the event is cancelled
If an organizer cancels an event before it starts, every paid order for it is refunded automatically — you do not need to submit a refund request.
You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation and your refund.

For a cancelled event, you always get back the full amount you paid — including the portion that would normally be deducted as payment or platform fees. That cost is absorbed by the organizer, not you.
