Booking a venue time slot
For buyers
Reserve a court, pitch, or space for a specific time instead of buying an event ticket.
How it works
Some organizers rent out bookable venues (like courts or pitches) by time slot instead of selling event tickets.
Open the venue page, pick a date, and choose one of the available time slots — some venues offer fixed, named slots; others let you pick a flexible time range within their operating hours.
Steps
Open the venue page and pick a date.
Choose an available slot (or a custom time range, if the venue supports it).
Your slot is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment — note this is shorter than the 15-minute hold for event tickets.
Pay by Card or ZainCash (or skip payment if the slot is free).
Your booking confirmation, check-in code, and receipt are available the same way tickets are: My Bookings and your confirmation email.
One pending booking at a time
You can only hold one pending booking per venue at a time. Finish or let your current hold expire before starting a new one for the same venue.
