How to buy a ticket
For buyers
From picking a ticket or seat to getting your confirmed ticket.
Overview
Open the event page and choose a standard ticket quantity, or pick your own seats if the event uses seated seating.
As soon as you select tickets or seats, they are held for you temporarily so nobody else can take them while you check out.
You can then continue as a guest or sign in, pay, and your ticket is issued right away.
Steps to buy
Open the event page and choose your ticket type, or open "Select seats" for a seated event.
Your selection creates a temporary hold — you have 15 minutes to finish checkout before it expires.
Choose to continue as a guest or sign in to your account.
Enter buyer and attendee details, and apply a promo code if you have one.
Pay by Card or ZainCash (or skip payment entirely if the total is 0).
Your ticket appears on the confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and under My Passes if you have an account.
Watch the timer
While the checkout timer is running your tickets or seats are protected. If it runs out before you pay, the hold is released and you will need to select your tickets again.
